TUPRAS
Aquamatch engineered, manufactured and installed the largest wastewater reuse complex in Turkey for Tüpraş Refinery. This project, which consists of two phases, has been fully completed in 2016. It has a prefiltration capacity of 54240 m3/day and reverse osmosis of 30000 m3/day. The system treats effluent of municipal wastewater through multimedia filters, activated carbon filters and ultrafiltration.
Wastewater reuse projects as this one both improves operational efficiency and reduces negative impact of industries on the water resources and biodiversity. Wastewater is the only water resource of which volume increases proportionally with economic development. Wastewater reuse projects offer an eco-friendly and cost-efficient way of obtaining an additional source of water. Our water technologies are advanced enough to bring all sorts of water to expected standards. Every industry and household can use this technology to take a step towards a sustainable use of the wastewater.
ATLAS ENERGY
The desalination plant for Atlas Energy in Iskendurun has been designed, manufactured and installed by Aquamatch in 2014. The system treats seawater with ultrafiltration and seawater reverse osmosis with the capacity of 13200 m3/day.
KIPAS PAPER FACTORY
The water treatment system for Kipas Paper Factory has been designed, manufactured and installed by Aquamatch in 2014. The system treats well water with pretreatment and reverse osmosis system with the capacity of 17448 m3/day.
DILER STEEL MILL
The water treatment system, which processes Marmara seawater using ultrafiltration, seawater, and second-pass reverse osmosis for Diler Steel Mill, has been successfully executed in two phases: design, civil engineering works, equipment supply and installation, testing, and commissioning were carried out for the reverse osmosis desalination plant, achieving a final capacity of 8,200 m³/day. The first phase, with a daily capacity of 1,200 m³, was completed in 2007. Subsequently, the second phase, which involved expanding the desalination plant’s capacity to 8,200 m³/day, was successfully concluded in 2020.
KONYA INDUSTRIAL ZONE (KOS)
The water treatment system for KOS has been designed, manufactured and installed by Aquamatch in 2014. The system treats well water with ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis with the capacity of 11040 m3/day.
